His experiential offering will provide a wonderful opportunity to practice Japa for 3 hours! “Japa” means reciting and repeating the name of the Divine with great humility. We will dive deep into the sound current of “Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru.” It is known as the Miracle Mantra, as it attunes you to the infinite blessings of Guru Ram Das. It is practiced 5 times in one breath to open your heart and awaken you to the infinite possibilities that are present right now. It brings balance to the 5 tattvas (elements) within us, and attunes us at every level of existence to our inner sacredness. It is usually practiced for 108 rounds of 5 mantras per breath. In this class we will chant it in its complete form, of 11 cycles of 108 rounds (1188 rounds of 5 chants in one breath, which takes just under 4 hours). This gives the full depth experience of the practice.
