Since its first observance in 1986, the event has continued annually. This gathering brings together people of every faith to unite in prayer and celebration. This is a time where we honor an ancient Indigenous tradition in which communities gathered to pray for inner healing and global peace. Over time, this tradition has continued at Ram Das Puri in New Mexico, USA. Each year, people gather and offer a collective prayer—a prayer projected outward as a beam of light, healing, and unity.

Yogi 19 years. KRI certified and regularly teaching since 2011. Most spiritual people are still getting held hostage by their own stress and other people’s stress. Har Dev Singh Khalsa spent 15 years in ashrams, on mountaintops, and on meditation mats. Not to become a monk, but to become unbreakable inside a real life. Husband. Father. Business owner. He lives what he teaches. This class is not about relaxation. It is about recalibration. You will experience the cornerstone breathwork and meditation practice to create Sovereign Energy, freeing high-performing householders from being held hostage by their own stress, sharpening their focus, and commanding their energy from the inside out. No performance. No philosophy. Just the practice and what it does to your body in real time. If you are ready to stop surviving your life and start owning it, this seat is for you.

Kulbir Singh Puri will take students into a deep exploration of the Mul Mantra. Experience its recitation and beyond, as a foundational map of reality and identity. Through reflection and application, participants will gain a deeper awareness and experiential understanding of the frequency of each word and how it shapes consciousness, perception, and spiritual alignment in individual, group and universal consciousness.

During one hour, allow your body to relax deep, making space for the inner body intelligence to awaken and restore what needs to be restored. The invitation for participants is to come, lie down on your back and allow Mother Earth to hold you, while the waves of healing sound penetrates each cell of your physical body, & impacts the frequency of your mind. This is a great opportunity to rest and “Let go, Let God”.

Yogi Bhajan said that if you do daily Sadhana and Winter and Summer Solstices, your life will work out. So how do I create a daily practice? How do I find the motivation to wake up and do daily yoga and meditation? I know I should do it, but everything else just seems so much more important. I will start tomorrow. No matter what the excuse, something inside us knows the truth. “That for me to live my destiny, it is time to make a daily practice”. This class is exactly about how to create a daily practice that works.

The title is a Yogi Bhajan quote. Dissolve the subtle habit of outsourcing your power, and instead cultivate a grounded trust in your own intuition, clarity, and knowing where the wisdom is immediate, embodied, and already present. This is a remembrance that you are not separate from the light, you are it.

This course provides a “new take” for students wanting to familiarize themselves with this Bani— it’s designed for beginners! The foundation of all that we do is in Japji Sahib. There is a reason why the Aquarian Sadhana begins with Japji, for it is in Japji Sahib that Guru Nanak not only explained the entire cosmos, but he also gave us the formula to apply in order to achieve union with the source of all. Kundalini Yoga, is more than 2600 years old. It is a form of Raja Yoga and was only taught by word of mouth, nothing was ever written down. In the 13th century, the Bhakti movement gathered momentum, and it was from that consciousness that Sikh Dharma emerged, brought to light by Guru Nanak. So, it was in that energy and consciousness that the sacred science of kundalini yoga nested. Neither Kundalini Yoga, nor Sikh Dharma itself, are a religion. For it is not about believing or adhering to a prescribed dogmatic approach, but rather it is about being and living. Join us to find out more.

What is a Women’s Circle? A sacred space for women to gather in authenticity, softness, truth, and remembrance. Join us as we come together to honor the divine feminine through movement, meditation, reflection, ritual, and heartfelt connection. This co- created circle invites women to slow down, release the pressure to perform, and reconnect to their intuition, inner wisdom, and natural radiance. Together, we will explore what it means to trust ourselves as women - to listen deeply, to be witnessed in community, and to cultivate a deeper relationship with our feminine essence. Inspired by Kundalini Yoga teachings and feminine consciousness, this workshop is an invitation into healing, soulful connection, self-expression, and inner transformation. Come exactly as you are. Bring a journal. We will eat lunch together afterwards so also bring your plate.

His experiential offering will provide a wonderful opportunity to practice Japa for 3 hours! “Japa” means reciting and repeating the name of the Divine with great humility. We will dive deep into the sound current of “Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru.” It is known as the Miracle Mantra, as it attunes you to the infinite blessings of Guru Ram Das. It is practiced 5 times in one breath to open your heart and awaken you to the infinite possibilities that are present right now. It brings balance to the 5 tattvas (elements) within us, and attunes us at every level of existence to our inner sacredness. It is usually practiced for 108 rounds of 5 mantras per breath. In this class we will chant it in its complete form, of 11 cycles of 108 rounds (1188 rounds of 5 chants in one breath, which takes just under 4 hours). This gives the full depth experience of the practice.

How long has it been since you felt truly “at home” within yourself? We often look outside for satisfaction and calm, but true peace comes from understanding our energy centers and releasing the blocks we’ve held onto for years. I invite you to join this class, where we will explore our emotions to reconnect with our vital force. What we will explore in this class: Body Awareness: Learn to recognize where you hold physical tension and what those emotions are trying to tell you. Emotional Processing: Instead of letting emotions paralyze you, you will learn practical tools to move through them and recover your energy. Mental Clarity: Work on releasing the subconscious “noise” and old patterns that get in the way of your peace. Finding Your Center: Practice staying steady under outside pressure and returning to your own balance. Renewed Vitality: Using Kundalini Yoga breathing and kriyas, we will work to unblock stagnant energy so you can feel more present. In this class, we will dive into our roots to address fear. We won’t try to fight it; instead, we will work to understand it and move through it to reclaim your personal power. Through pranayama, a specific Kundalini Yoga kriya, and meditation, we will focus on transforming insecurity into the strength to move forward.

With SS Satkirin Kaur Khalsa · USA
Satkirin Kaur will guide you through a series of Kundalini Kriya’s and Shabads as a daily prescription for happiness, with special focus on rhythm, vocal patterns, breath and word meaning. We will study how “Sahib Parnaam Kriya” and the Narayan Shabd create functional brain change, give personal guidance and enhance your intuition. Establish a new personal relationship with your inner self. Give yourself a new formula to preserve balance and enhance your ability to handle the Information overload we now face.
