This class is a dynamic, physically assertive and exhilarating blend of ‘yogasthenics’ and Bhangra dance to facilitate the clearing of blocks, both physical and emotional. It is one of a series of PT classes taught at KWTC in June of 1993 to increase strength, resilience, and wellbeing. Also, it is a lot of fun. Come prepared to dance!
