How long has it been since you felt truly “at home” within yourself? We often look outside for satisfaction and calm, but true peace comes from understanding our energy centers and releasing the blocks we’ve held onto for years. I invite you to join this class, where we will explore our emotions to reconnect with our vital force. What we will explore in this class: Body Awareness: Learn to recognize where you hold physical tension and what those emotions are trying to tell you. Emotional Processing: Instead of letting emotions paralyze you, you will learn practical tools to move through them and recover your energy. Mental Clarity: Work on releasing the subconscious “noise” and old patterns that get in the way of your peace. Finding Your Center: Practice staying steady under outside pressure and returning to your own balance. Renewed Vitality: Using Kundalini Yoga breathing and kriyas, we will work to unblock stagnant energy so you can feel more present. In this class, we will dive into our roots to address fear. We won’t try to fight it; instead, we will work to understand it and move through it to reclaim your personal power. Through pranayama, a specific Kundalini Yoga kriya, and meditation, we will focus on transforming insecurity into the strength to move forward.
